RECRUITING FEE STRUCTURE

• Contingent – Fee as agreed per fee schedule above. A signed contract is required to initiate the search. The fee implementation starts at the date of hire.

• Retained – A two percentage point discount is applied to the fee schedule above upon payment of a retainer of 3% of a candidate’s guaranteed 1^st year salary. This arrangement guarantees priority to your roles over any ongoing contingent searches with other clients and additional marketing benefits.

A candidate that voluntarily terminates their employment OR is discharged due to misconduct or unsatisfactory performance per the agreed upon terms above will be replaced by Delta Recruiting. If Delta Recruiting is unable to find the one qualified replacement for that specific requisition due to another candidate replacement being hired from another agency or from the CLIENT directly, a discount of 25% will be applied to the next engaged position for which a candidate is hired assuming a guarantee was included in the initial contract.

The above guarantee shall not apply if the candidate’s employment is terminated due to a layoff for any reason, elimination of position, substantial change in the job description or reporting structure, or a change in the candidate’s compensation package. Delta Recruiting shall not be liable for any compensatory or other damages resulting from the employment of the candidate. Payment must be received within the above parameters to execute the replacement guarantee. Failure to make monthly payments on time will result in cancellation of the monthly fee structure and immediate payment of the remaining balance.
